Outsource Electronic Mfg. is a ROHS compliant low to medium volume contract manufacturer based in Coventry, RI.  OutSource specializes in thru-hole printed circuit board assembly, cable and wire harness assembly, panel wiring, mechanical, final assembly and testing. We offer complete turnkey or customer supplied material for all assemblies with no minimum order.

All printed circuit board and cable assemblies are fully tested, in our testing department, at 100%. In addition, we work with our customers to fabricate custom test fixtures for their products.

Certifications for quality control are:

  • IPC specification for pc boards is IPC-A-610

  • IPC specification for wire & cable assemblies is IPC-A-620

We also provide custom bagging and tagging with the customers unique part numbers.  Please contact us for any specialized packaging needs.
